Just wanted to invite everyone to come up and visit. Shawn has been busy, busy, busy.
He currently has ham and bacon in buckets in the fridge in the cure and next comes making a smoker and smoking them. We have fresh pork in the freezer :) Today he has been working on making venison hot sticks (more like loaves), summer sausage, and has pepperoni in the fridge for the night to finish up tomorrow.

Wow, sounds like there is going to be lots of good stuff to eat up north. Don't know when we'll make it up there, but i hope there is a venison stick (or loaf)left to try.

83 degrees today, cooling down to low 70's and maybe rain this week-end tho. Everyone here is doing really swell and work is still going, so thats a big plus.....P.L.
That all sounds delicious!!! By the time we ever get up there, it will most likely be gone!
Not sure what are plans for this summer are yet. probably depend on jobs and school!
